Who we are

Mitchem & Mitchem Human Resources Consulting, LLC is a human resources consulting and training practice based in Little Rock, AR 72210. This policy covers the website at www.mitchemconsultant.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form and send us: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, and the message itself. Nothing else. We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything more.

We do not run analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker of any kind. We do not build a profile of you, we do not follow you to other sites, and we have nothing to sell to anyone who would.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only when you use the contact form: a short-lived session cookie that carries a security token to prove the form was submitted by a person on our site and not by a bot. It is strictly necessary for the form to work, it holds no personal information, and it expires when you close your browser. There are no advertising or analytics cookies to accept or decline, which is why you are not being asked to.

Why we hold it

To answer you. A message sent through the contact form is an enquiry about training or consulting work, and we use it to reply, to prepare a quote, and to carry on that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Practically: our email provider and our web host, because a message has to travel over the internet and be stored in an inbox to reach us. Beyond that, no one. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. We will disclose information only where the law actually requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries live in our email for as long as the working relationship or the conversation is live, and are cleared out once they no longer serve a purpose. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the details below and tell us what you want done. There is no form to fill in and no process to navigate.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against automated abuse, and submissions are delivered over an authenticated, encrypted mail connection. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not collect data we do not need, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This site is aimed at organizations and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
